Membership Refund Policy

 

The purpose of this document is to provide a framework for Pickleball Australia (PA), State Member Associations and Clubs/Associations in dealing with membership refunds. Pickleball Australia aims to be fair and transparent in their assessment process. The State Member Associations and Clubs/Associations agree to follow PA’s membership refund policy.

This document endeavours to identify any instances where a request for a membership refund may be considered.

Membership Refund Policy

 

After reviewing the policy, if a financial member wishes to request a refund they must submit a Refund Request Form. The request will be submitted to Pickleball Australia who will notify the member, the relevant SMA and Club/Association of their decision.
