The constitution was ratified at the AGM of the Pickleball Association of Australia Inc. (Queensland) as the constitution to be used once the name of this association was accepted as Pickleball Association of Queensland.  The final acceptance of the association name change and amendment of rules occurred respectively on the 3rd March and 27th April, 2020.
