Child & Youth Risk Management Strategy
The Queensland Blue Card reforms came into effect on 20 September 2025 and removed most volunteer exemptions in sport. At the PAQ Committee meeting in January 2026 we formally adopted our updated Child and Youth Risk Management Strategy (Version 1.0 ) which fully incorporates the new requirements.
If you are financial affiliates of Pickleball Association of Queensland Inc, you are covered by the PAQ CYRMS.
If you wish to develop your own strategy then you are most welcome. Resources for this development are found on the Qld Government's website.
